On the road of public welfare and charity, we always move forward with faith in our hearts, and continue to practice and broaden corporate responsibilities. In order to improve local public services in Cambodia and help disadvantaged groups, the group has devoted itself to various charitable undertakings, donating to the people's clothing, food, housing, transportation, school, medical and other fields, and has invested more than 3 million US dollars. A series of tangible public welfare actions have made Coastal City’s "going global" every step sound.
Integrating the city's superior resources and realizing a new regional upgrade is what Coastal City has been actively exploring. For local residents to build bridges, excavate artificial rivers, and build hundreds of pump wells and tube wells for free to solve the living problems of residents; resettled thousands of houses, poor residents finally bid farewell to thatch sheds and live in "warm houses". Bit by bit improvements form effective supporting services, realize a benign ecosystem of triple co-prosperity between the government, enterprises and the people, and bring tremendous changes to the lives of local people. At the same time, the development of the project has also created thousands of jobs, enriched and improved the quality of life of local residents, and perfectly integrated the inheritance of social missions with the brand value of Coastal City.
From 2010 to 2017, a total of 6 primary school buildings were built, including Prey Smach Primary School, Peam Kay Primary School, Dani Primary School, Danun Primary School, Bekesong Primary School and Tao Mosuo Primary School.
Since 2011, it has donated nearly 500 tons of rice to more than 650 families in the new village for many consecutive years, with a cumulative amount exceeding 200,000 US dollars.
It built 1,005 new houses and 1 large market for the local people in the new village, with a construction area of nearly 48,000 square meters.

During 2012-2015, 120 deep water wells and culvert wells were built for the new village to ease the problem of water shortage for villagers.
The construction and excavation of two artificial rivers with a total length of 1300 meters for the new village has shortened the distance for people to go to sea by about 10 kilometers, greatly facilitating fishermen's sailing operations.
In December 2014, it donated about 78,000 US dollars to build the teaching building of Pulemi Township Primary School.
About 24,000 US dollars will be donated to build Peiying Public School in 2015.
Two office buildings of Danun Township Government and Pulemi Township Government. By 2016, a total of three police stations were built in Gaosidai Township, Pulemi Township and Danun Township (待确定), greatly improving the office conditions of the local police.
